Working with Jason Atherton’s restaurant brand that has expanded to New York, Dubai, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Sydney. Developing memorable guest experiences for Hotel Groups such as The Edition, InterContinental, Kempinski, Four Seasons, Millennium and Nobu.
